Birkenstock Australia Pty Ltd is the Australian importer for the entire range of orthopaedically designed Birkenstock shoes and sandals, as well as Birkenstock Orthopaedic supplies and their cosmetics range.


First established in 1774, Birkenstock is now recognised as a global heritage brand who have retained their centuries long focus on comfort and functional footwear.


We are experiencing rapid growth, and are looking for driven, motivated, and skilled individuals with shared values.

What is the recruitment process at Birkenstock Australia?

Hiring processes may vary depending on the position. Once you have submitted your application online via the SEEK website, it will be reviewed by the People & Culture team. They will arrange a brief telephone discussion with you, if they believe you may be a good fit for the position. If you are successful at that stage, you may be asked to attend an in-person interview or a trial shift. Trial shifts are an opportunity to demonstrate your skillset within a practical setting and experience a day in the life at Birkenstock Australia. Trial shifts are remunerated. At the conclusion of this process, the applicant may receive a formal offer.
